Arianna: Two

Since she had the day off Adrianna started it off with a nice long workout. The last few days she’d been a tad lazy only devoting an hour or two to exercise. Work was turning into a real time consumer with many late nights but she couldn't be happier with her progress. Only a few weeks in and she had a promotion under her belt as well as one very close.

The new promotion allowed for the purchase of a much needed washing machine. She was happy to finally be able to wash the clothing that had been piling up since she moved in.

With her workout finished she took the time to fix up the house that had been neglected during her busy days. The toilet had finally given out this morning and she spent a good hour trying to fix it. When that was finally done she hung the laundry to dry and figured she deserved a nap. The rest of her day was spent lounging around counting down the hours until the day was over.

Work the next day of course ran late but that didn’t stop her from getting in her workout or attending her boss’s party.
“How’s everyone holding up with me out?” Juilet asked as she bounced the little Eboni in her arms.
“It’s been a pretty busy week, though I’m sure not quite as busy as yours.”
“She certainly keeps me on my toes.”
“I bet she does! She is adorable though.” She cooed at the baby.
“As long as she’s not screaming.” Juilet laughed.

“So are you going to marry the woman or what?”  Adrianna asked cornering Stefan inside. She herself wasn't into the whole monogamy thing but she knew that most woman were.
“Soon enough, I've got the ring and everything.” He said defensively.
“Good.” Adrianna said with a smile.

As she sat down with her juice she thought about little Eboni. While a husband hadn't ever been on her agenda children certainly were. While she was still young she couldn't help but feel slightly antsy over the whole thing, no way did she want to wait too much longer and be going grey before she her child was out of school.

Children were still on her mind the next morning when she decided to take a jog through town. If she really wanted a baby she’d have to make a bigger effort to meet some men.

Thinking maybe there’d be a few bachelors at the festival she ended her jog there. Unfortunately the slight drizzle had kept everyone but the workers away so she went for a skate instead. She was grateful in the end that there were no witnesses to her horrible skills.

“Fancy seeing you here…” Adrianna said flirtatiously as she sneaked up behind Isidro, the cute proprietor.
“Well hello beautiful.” He said smiling back at her. “It must be my lucky night.”
“Must be.” Things carried on like that for a while before anyone took the next step.

But of course Adrianna wasn't going to wait around forever for a guy to make a move so she leaned over and kissed him taking him completely by surprise.
“When do you get off?” She asked.
“Not till 2.” He said and she deflated, work started bright and early no way was she staying out till 2am.
“Another time then.” She smiled and sauntered off.

“Hey there I haven’t seen you here before.” A blue haired vampire said stopping her on her way to the exit. She gave him a once over and deemed him worthy of her time.
“I’m Adrianna, I just moved here a couple weeks ago.”
“Adrianna…” He said slowly. “I’m Fall.”
“Well that’s an interesting name.”
“Only until you meet my sisters Spring and Winter.” He said and she laughed causing him to give her an odd look.
“For real?” She asked surprised.
“Of course.” The two chatted for a while after that before Adrianna had to head home for the night.

As she dug into her salad before heading off to bed she thought to herself about the men she had encountered today. Ether one would make a good looking child though she got the since of the two Fall would be least likely to give her trouble over the custody issue. She decided to leave it up to them to decide, whoever called her first would be the one.

Another morning another workout.

While trying out a new recipe the stove burst into flames. Not wanting the whole place to burn down before the firemen arrived she pulled the extinguisher from under the sink and started battling the flames. The fire spread to the next counter just in time for the crew to show up.
“It’s about freaking time!” Adrianna shouted at the fireman as he got to work on the flames beside her.
“Sorry ma’am got here as fast as I could.”
“Good thing I know how to use one of these or the whole place would have been up in flames.” She grumbled as the fires finally died out.
“Maybe you should be more careful while you’re cooking.” He said and left her standing fuming in the kitchen.

Of course after all the chaos her food was destroyed so she sat down with a bowl of cereal and pouted. Her spirits were lifted when her phone rang. “Hello? Yeah sure come on over.” She told the caller with a grin. Operation baby was underway.

*********

I tend to get really bored when I only have one Sim to take care of so I'm jumping into the babies pretty quickly. I got a few more pictures this go around but not as many as I'd have liked at the party since she got abducted while she was there... for the third time since I started. I swear every night she either gets abducted or there is an alien on her porch it's driving me nuts.

  1. She's certainly getting started on kids quickly! I hope she doesn't encounter too many problems along the way though.
