Noelle: Four

"I just don't understand what the problem is it's been two weeks since his last visit and he's called once and didn't even ask to talk to the boys." Noelle sighed staring down at her food.

"Well they are only toddlers..." Paisly laughed and Noelle glared at her. "I'm just kidding." She held her hands up defensively. "But still he is touring I'm sure he's just distracted."

"Too distracted for his family?"

"I don't know Noelle..." She shrugged. "Have you tried talking to him about it?"

"Only every time I get a chance to talk to him. He just changes the subject." She frowned.

"Well then corner him when you're in Bridgeport."She suggested.

"Not a bad idea." Noelle smiled. She was glad she'd managed to finally make a friend at work especially with Gemma so distracted lately.

"Now on to my problems!" Paisly said with a laugh. "My brother... after this whole mess with leaving the tour has up and decided he's moving in with me!"

"Why doesn't he just go stay with your parents?"

"He may be a pain but I wouldn't wish living with my mother on anyone." She said seriously.

"So really you're doing this to yourself." Noelle laughed.

"There is no room for that here Missy just let me complain!" She shrieked. "By the way thanks for agreeing to drive him home the bus money would have seriously killed my wallet." She smiled sweetly.

"I'm happy for the excuse to go out there every time I've brought it up in the past I got shot down."

"Seriously talk to that man." She shook her head.

--

"Gamma up! Up!!!" Shane whined as Adrianna walked into the den.

"Is that how we ask?"Adrianna asked him sternly and he frowned.

"No." The toddler wrinkled his nose in thought. "Peaze?" He tried and Adrianna scooped him up with a laugh.

"Were you a well behaved little boy for the sitter?" She asked him.
"Uh-huh." He nodded excitedly. Somehow Adrianna doubted that he or his brother had managed to do anything but terrorize the poor baby sitter but she didn't call him on it. As much as a handful as they were the boys had her wrapped around their little fingers.

"Has your auntie been home yet?" She asked him and he shook his head. She sighed Gemma had been out of the house so much lately and it wasn't sitting well on her mind. The girl had always been into trouble but at least she'd been around. Now with her almost never home Adrianna couldn't help but worry she was getting into bigger trouble then her usual.

"Well why don't we go make some dinner and then we'll watch a movie with Mommy since she has her trip tomorrow."

--

The buildings of Bridgeport glared down ominously at Noelle, she knew she should be excited but all she could manage was nervous. She tapped her foot waiting as her taxi finally pulled up and she stepped in.
"This is it." The driver said stopping in front of a tall building. She climbed out and walked into the lobby hesitantly.

"Stop it." She told herself. "You should be excited!"
"Noelle?" She spun around to see an unfamiliar man.
"Yes?" She replied giving him a questioning look.
"Sorry lucky guess." He smiled. "I've been told a lot about you. I'm Boyce... Paisly's brother."
"OH!" She smiled.
"I can show you up if you like?"

"Thanks." She said following him into the elevator.
"I hear you're quitting."
"Yeah this is my last show."
"Why would you want to leave?" She asked.
"I wasn't built for this...lifestyle." He said after a long silence.

"Here we are." The elevator doors opened and he walked forward to the closest door ushering her inside. "Guys company." He called loudly.
"Noelle." Jude said coming around the corner a moment later with a smile. "You made it." He pulled her into a hug and she saw Boyce walk off into another room.

"Hey Jude see ya later man." Another guy said as he walked passed them with a woman hanging off his arm.
"Alright man." Jude called. "That was Blaze."
"Oh the new drummer." Noelle nodded.
"So you hungry? I know a great place for a bite."

"Is it always like this?" Noelle asked leaning on her leg and looking over at Boyce. Jude was once again signing autographs and posing for pictures. They had gone to some fancy restaurant to eat where she spent the whole time staring at her food while Jude was bombarded with fans then instead of going back to the privacy of his suite he'd drug her out to a night club to meet up with the rest of the guys.
"Sometimes it's worse." Boyce said with a laugh. "Not having fun?"
"I thought I'd be spending time with him..." She sighed.
"I'm sure he'll be back soon." He said not sounding all that sincere.
"He better be." She groaned.
"Am I such horrible company?" Boyce asked pretending to be upset.
"According to your sister."
"As if Paisly is great company..." He rolled his eyes.
"Paisly is fantastic company I'll have you know."
"Ah you haven't known her long enough give it a few more days." He took a drink. "Wanna dance?"

"Jude should be back soon..." He cocked an eyebrow at her and held out a hand. "Yeah ok." She said taking his hand and following him to the dance floor.

The pair danced until the club shut down and Jude finally made an appearance to cart Noelle back to the hotel.
--

"I'm sorry about all the drama today Elle." Jude said stroking her cheek when they finally made it back to his suite.
"It's OK Boyce kept me company." She shrugged.
"Yeah I noticed." He said with a slight edge in his voice.
"Don't be that guy Jude." She warned.

"What? I just thought he was a little too friendly."
"Oh really? You could tell his amount of friendliness from across the bar?"
"I said I was sorry."
"I'm sure you're sorry... like you had no clue you would be bombarded with paparazzi... Boyce said its like that everywhere you go."
"OH he told you that did he?"

"You are such a guy of course that is the only part you choose to hear! I bet you took me out like that on purpose so you didn't actually have to have a conversation with me." She accused realizing it was probably the truth.
"Noelle, that isn't true..." He said calmly.

"Isn't it? I mean I practically had to force you to let me come out for a visit and heaven forbid I bring up our children..."
"It's just been crazy out here..." He groaned. "I'm so busy and tired and I can't focus on anything but work." Even though Noelle knew they were hollow excuses she felt herself letting him off the hook. "I'm sorry babe... I love you."

"I love you too." She said letting herself fall into his arms ignoring the nagging feeling in the back of her mind telling her something wasn't right.
--------

a/n: So... its not exactly how I wanted it but I could not get them to do what I wanted in Brideport!! It was so frustrating. No Gemma in this one but she'll be making an appearance next chapter and the twins as well. The twins are actually running poor Adrianna ragged since she insists on sleeping in the rocking chair in their room instead of her bed... making her the first one to respond to their needs.

Noelle: 3

Gemma stood outside city hall wondering to herself how she was going to pull off the job before her. When her father had presented it to her she had assured him that she'd be able to pull it off but what else was she going to tell him? Now standing here waiting for her 'job' to show himself she found herself wrecked with nerves a feeling she wasn't familiar with. 'I just have to befriend the guy.' she reminded herself as she heard the doors behind her open. She took a deep breath and turned around quickly and bumping into the man in front of her as if on accident.

"Oh! I'm so sorry!" She said acting embarrassed.

"No I'm sorry I wasn't even looking." He said smiling at her. She felt herself blush unexpectedly, he was cuter  and younger than she had expected.

"That's sweet but it was completely my fault." She smiled sweetly at him. "Are you new in town?"

"Is it obvious?"

"No not, I just happen to know almost everyone who lives here and I have never seen you."

"I just moved here last week, I'm Duncan Frye." He said extending a hand.

"Gemma Leavitt."

"Leavitt? Any relation to Adrianna?"

"My mother actually. Spent some time in the lock up already?" She laughed.

"No," He laughed. "She wanted to be sure to meet the new guy."

"That sounds about right she likes to know everyone in town easier to catch the criminals."  They slipped into easy conversation and Gemma decided the job was going to be easier than she thought.

--

Noelle had been anticipating Jude's visit since he had called her earlier that week to tell her he'd be in town for the night. She had thought he'd want to spend some time with the boys since their birthday was the next morning, but he had insisted on going out. "The boys are getting big so fast just wait till you see them." She said excitedly, he'd only gotten to see them shortly after their birth.
"That's good." He said barely looking away from the pool table.
"Mom says Shane is going to be really smart. I don't know how she can tell..."
"Mmhm." She sighed.

"How's the tour going?" She asked hoping that would spark something.
"Great! Completely sold out!" He smiled.
"That's fantastic!"
"Yeah, they decided to add some more stops so its been extended a month."
"A month! But you're supposed to be home in a month."
"You know how it goes Elle." He shrugged making his final shot.
"Yeah..." She sighed and he walked around the table.

"Hey come here." He said pulling her close. "It wont be so bad just two more months and I'll be home."
"I know." She said softly.
"Ready to head home?"
"Lets go."

One of the boys was crying when they made it back to the house so Noelle headed into the nursery with a bottle scooping Shane out of his crib. "Whats the matter little guy?" She cooed at him. "You're going to wake up your brother screaming like that you know."

"You want to hold him?" Noelle called over her shoulder to Jude after she'd finished feeding Shane.
"You just got him settled I don't want to ruin that." He said and walked out the door quickly.

"I'm sure Daddy is just really tired from all the traveling, you'll see him in the morning." She whispered to Shane as she laid him in his crib. She hoped it really was just all the traveling and that he wasn't really as disinterested in his children as he seemed.

"Well they are all set how about we head up to bed?" She asked finding Jude in the living room.
"Sounds good." He agreed with a grin.

--

Shane was the first to blow out his candles the next morning.

He was followed shortly buy his brother.

They were quick to show everyone how much of a handful they would be. Adrianna laughed to herself as her daughter stomped down the stairs grumpily. "Its only the beginning darling." She said with a chuckle to Noelle.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Note: Well I'm not thrilled with it but I'm hoping that this will give me a little kick to get back on track. The twins turned out really cute so I'm excited to see them grow up. The sim for all seasons thing is a real pain for me right now because it takes forever for things to load in create a sim but I've managed to get the outfits I need made. Anyway I should be back to posting regularly now.

Noelle: Two

Note: OK so I know I've been gone a while... but I'm back! I got a new computer and getting everything up and running took a while plus I moved and had a baby so needless to say I've been busy. Anyway unfortunately I had to do a little time jump since for some reason I lost pictures when I transferred so I apologize for skipping so much. Also if things look different it's because I lost some downloads as well. This chapter is pretty much just to show what happened between the last one and the time jump. I should be updating regularly now hopefully :)

It seemed to Adrianna that time had really gotten away from her. Wasn’t it only yesterday that her baby girl had just came into the world? Now Noelle had gone and grown up into a beautiful woman and Gemma… oh Gemma was lost. She had always known letting Fall into her daughter’s life was a bad idea and time had only proved her right. Gemma had been in and out of jail for the last few months and Adrianna was running out of pull to keep her from spending some real time there. There was a very real possiblility that she was going to lose her daughter to a life behind bars. Adrianna sighed and sat down hoping that somehow she could save Gemma.

Things had changed drastically for Noelle the last few months, Jude was long gone now though he’d made many promises to be back soon Noelle wasn't holding her breath. He’d gotten his lucky break and was out on tour it’d be ages before he was back in town. At least he’d left her something to remember him by…

She could remember vividly when she found out the news she thought would destroy her life. She’d immediately rushed into Gemma’s room and woke her. Gemma being the morning person she isn't was of course grumpy with her but had calmed down when she’d seen her sisters pale worried face.
“What’s wrong Elle?” She’d asked.
“I've done something really, really stupid.” Noelle had told her.
“Couldn't be worse then anything I've done.” Gemma laughed and Noelle stiffened.
“It’s worse.”
“OK… spill it.”

“I’m pregnant.” Gemma had sat frozen for what had felt like hours to Noelle before she’d finally let out a long breath.
“Well I can’t wait to see moms reaction to this one.”

Adrianna had taken the news well enough but that hadn't been who Noelle had been worried about. Of course she hadn't need to worry at all since Jude had taken the news fantastically of course it was only a week later he announced his tour and departed. Noelle sighed bringing herself back to the present and looking down at the small little boy in the crib. She hadn't expected to be a mom so soon and really she wasn't sure she’d ever had kids in her plans but Shane had changed that the second he was born. Though he hadn't changed that alone…

Noelle turned and picked up his screaming brother Jayden and cuddled him close. “It’s alright little one Mommy’s here.” She cooed at him smiling to herself wishing that only one thing was different… Jude.

Note: I know its short the next one will be longer and we'll see what Gemma has been up to.
